Scrum Master
Responsible for agile development methodology as dev managers. o Works closely with product owners, development/test teams to ensure teams can self-organize, make changes quickly, improve velocity, increase quality and automate testing with co-located and independent teams. o Manage multiple projects to manage delivery at a coordinated program level, allowing quality deployments on a more frequent basis. o Understand requirement & overall project scope o Prepare Sprint plan for project execution o Resource ramp-up plan o Project milestone plan o Manage resource activities. o Follow up risk and mitigations with stakeholders. Sync up with timelines, risks and deliverable with stakeholders.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
